What is Beyond the Scrubs 101?
Beyond the Scrubs 101 was founded by me, Lorna, a full time mom, wife, and nurse. I was always an artistic person, doing crocheting, knitting, and now hand making soaps and other self care products. The name was just to showcase that despite my busy busy schedule, I am still beyond what my career tells me I am.
It started with me making test products and giving it to my family, but ever since then I've gone full force with this.
What is the mission with this?
My mission is make gentle and soothing products that aspires to give you every inch of satisfaction possible. I take pride on every batch and every product. When you buy my products, you can rest easy knowing that I myself has paid meticulous attention to the quality and craftsmanship of the product. Eventually, I would like to showcase other people in the healthcare industry and their passions just as how I am doing with mine.
How long do the products take to make?
Almost all products are made to order, about 2-3 days to make. The soaps, on the other hand, take about 4-6 weeks to make a batch. So if one soap is out of stock, it may take a while to restock given how time intensive the process is. We apologize in advance if a soap in your wishlist happens to be out of stock, but feel free to check out our other products.
What about shipping?
We use UPS for shipping and you can expect it to be shipped to your door in about 3-7 business days after fulfillment. You will be provided a tracking number for your reference. At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns. You can be able to cancel your order for a full refund, but it has to be before it gets sent out for shipping.
